Terms & Conditions

Having been in the business for twenty eight years in 2019, we strive to ensure that the customer experience is of paramount importance. Reliability, quality, value for money and above all professionalism ensure your event is remembered for the right reasons.

Each disco booking is unique, we want to ensure that the service we provide justifies the price you pay (or have paid). We take into consideration various factors such as: The venue; where are you located in the South West region.

 

  • Has the venue got safe & secure parking?

  • Is there easy access to the set up area,

  • Is the function on the ground or upstairs?

  • Is there a lift?

  • How many people are likely to attend?

  • Will you want an early set up time?

  • Is the event held in a portable building (marquee etc) cattle shed etc?

    The list is endless,by giving us as much information as possible, it helps us understand what you want, need, building you an entertainment package to be proud of.

ALL our bookings taken are confirmed in writing to client/customer

Our disco bookings are secured in writing in the form of a booking contract. This document is drawn up for your specific date, times and fees agreed on, sent via email, and or post.

To proceed with any booking, the following information is required from the client/customer/venue

​

  • Full Name

  • Home Address (including postcode) to form part of the booking contract and postal address for all documents should the client hirer be unable to print off the documents or not have an accessible or working email address. 

  • Landline and Mobile telephone numbers

  • Fully working email address (to deliver the electronic booking contract, deposit and final invoices)

  • Times of performance: When you want the music to start and finish.

  • All bookings are held on a provisional basis, until we have received a deposit payment (as cleared funds).

  • We will discuss in great details your exact requirements, access to the venue, safe and secure parking at the venue,  set up and take down times, sizes of disco shows available, enough space within the function room to set our equipment up,

Full trading terms & conditions are available on request. They are also issued  with each booking.

Our Certification.

​

As an industry standard, our equipment is annually PAT (Portable appliance tested) to ensure that it is classed as electrically safe and in full working order. Our certificate is available on request.

​

We also have valid PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE for total  piece of mind, this certificate is also available on request.
